Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Supervisor based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee plumbing projects, ensuring timely and quality execution. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating plumbing installation and maintenance activities, inspecting completed systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and addressing any client concerns. The supervisor will collaborate with other MEP teams to achieve project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, and manage teams effectively
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure needs and expectations are met
  • Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in on-site construction or MEP project environments
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within the construction and plumbing industries
  • Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in plumbing or MEP-related fields
