RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administrative & Office Support
    • Support the coordination of daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with approved policies and procedures
    • Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings
    • Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings

  • Logistics & Travel Coordination
    • Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings, schedules, and documentation
    • Support the preparation, verification, and submission of travel and administrative expense claims

  • Records & Documentation
    • Support the maintenance of filing systems and document control processes
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records of office assets, equipment, and supplies
    • Create, update, and manage administrative databases and records

  • General Support
    • Provide administrative support to departments and team members as required
    • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years post-graduation experience
• NYSC completion or exemption certificate is an added advantage

Requirements


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Basic understanding of office administration and record-keeping practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate environment
