Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the management team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports.
  • Assist with the organization and implementation of events.
  • Assist the Accountant with data entry and other clerical tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for accounting purposes
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the Accountant as requested.

Requirements:

  • HND or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
