THE COMPANY

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Africa's leading luxury beauty brand distributor. The company distributes beauty brands across Sub-Saharan Africa. The business is rapidly expanding and has recently added a new luxury beauty brand to its portfolio and is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, training manager for the brand.

THE ROLE

As a Chanel ambassador, you will be working in close collaboration with the Brands export learning teams based in Paris, your roles and responsibilities will include training and developing the competencies & capabilities of the local sales team in order to reinforce the singularity and differences of the Brand, develop the turnover in the region through brand and product knowledge, sales techniques, the art of relationship, services and client experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In line with the Brand strategy, your mission will be to define and pilot the strategy & the training plan in your region in collaboration with the local marketing and commercial teams to contribute to the upholding of the brand image whilst still being a key recognized business partner, mastering the potential and challenges on the wholesale market.


Define the local training strategy on Blended Learning:
classroom, virtual trainings on teams, field , mobile learning (Inside beauty)


Plan and organize efficient training journeys
as well as a personalized follow up of flagship BC's


Deploy and animate trainings adapted to different audiences:
classroom, e-learning, in POS adapting the training content to the audience « the right message, to the right people at the right moment »


Engage, animate and unite the dedicated BC community
by transmitting client experience in the philosophy of the brand to the teams


Elaborate and optimize the training budget in the region


Follow up and optimization of your learning KPI's
& regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on the whole journey in terms of training and animation


Be proactive and give recommendations on improvements which can be made

Profile and requirements

You are a people person and can create strong and trustworthy relationships with the team. You are confident with public speaking and charismatic.

Energetic, open minded, agile, you are open minded and have a real sensibility to the digital world as you will have to accelerate digital learning.

Organized and rigorous, with a taste for business and a good analysis capacity.

Strong understanding of Chanel values
