We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Training and Consulting Specialist

with 5-6 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Location: Hybrid – Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:


• Research and pursue potential clients and markets for our training and consulting services.


• Create a comprehensive strategy for sourcing training materials that meet specific client demands.


• Implement marketing strategies to effectively promote available training packages


• Oversee the execution of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.


• Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver satisfactory services.


• Develop and implement tailored consulting solutions that address the specific needs of clients.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in any of the social sciences.


• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in training and consulting roles.


• Strong understanding of training methodologies and consulting practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.


• Proven ability to develop and market training programs successfully.


• Strong use of ICT tools.
