Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce credit risk policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and monitor credit exposures across all lending portfolios.
  • Conduct credit analysis, risk rating, and portfolio stress testing.
  • Review loan applications for compliance with internal credit standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare credit risk reports and recommend strategies to minimize losses.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure risk controls and recovery strategies are in place.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Credit Risk Management and Credit analysis to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Minimum of 3years
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices relevant to credit and risk evaluation.
  • Understanding of Portfolio Management for maintaining and optimizing the health of credit portfolios.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
