Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations, management, and profitability of our hotel. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent guest experiences while optimizing operational performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in service delivery, staff performance, facility upkeep, and guest satisfaction, while driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the entire hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and customer service.


• Develop and implement business strategies to maximize hotel occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.


• Supervise, train, and motivate department heads and team members to maintain high service standards.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of the hotel.


• Analyze financial reports, prepare budgets, and control operational costs effectively.


• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance customer experience.


• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance.


• Establish strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to promote the hotel's brand and reputation.


• Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff members.


• Lead the hotel's marketing and promotional efforts in collaboration with the sales/marketing team.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).


• Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in hotel management or a similar senior hospitality role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.


• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, customer service, financial reporting, and budgeting.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Passionate about hospitality, with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail.


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
