Role & responsibilities

  • Safely driving the borewell truck to designated drilling sites, navigating challenging terrains if necessary, and ensuring proper vehicle maintenance.
  • Capable of unloading and setting up the drilling rig at the designated location, including positioning the drill mast, attaching drilling tools, and connecting power and water lines.
  • Capable of operating the drilling rig controls to excavate boreholes, monitoring drilling parameters such as depth, mud pressure, and rotation speed, and adjusting as needed.
  • Able to maintain proper mud circulation to remove debris from the borehole, adjusting mud properties as required to optimize drilling conditions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of drilling progress, including depth, location, geological formations encountered, and any relevant data for analysis
  • Carefully lowering and installing casing pipes within the borehole to stabilize the walls and prevent collapse.
  • Capable of performing water yield tests, installing pumps and necessary equipment for water extraction, and ensuring the borehole is properly sealed and secured.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, conducting pre-shift inspections, and reporting any safety concerns.

  • Proven experience as a borewell truck operator
  • ITI + 15 years of experience

Working Terms:

  • Time off Rotation for Site location will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & for Office location will be 6 Month working and 21 Days paid off subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and fro International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company).
  • Workdays & Hours Corporate Office: Six and Half day in a week (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 6:30PM & Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM) & Onsite location: Seven Days Working (Monday to Sunday 8:00AM to 6:00PM).
