We are currently seeking a skilled and safety -conscious Excavator Operator to join our team on -site and support ongoing road, infrastructure, and heavy -duty construction projects. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators safely and efficiently for earthmoving, trenching, and site preparationPerform routine machine checks and basic maintenance before and after operationInterpret site layouts and dig plans to execute excavation work accuratelyWork collaboratively with site engineers, supervisors, and other equipment operatorsLoad and offload materials into trucks or designated areasAdhere strictly to safety and operational protocols on siteReport mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly to the maintenance teamKeep accurate records of working hours and fuel usageAssist in routine site tasks when not operating the equipment RequirementsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of hands -on experience operating excavators in construction projectsValid and up -to -date heavy equipment operating license or certificationSound knowledge of equipment controls, maintenance practices, and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret site drawings and instructionsPhysically fit and able to work long hours in a demanding outdoor environmentGood communication skills and team -oriented mindsetExperience working on road construction or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
