• Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prepare and cook meals to consistently high standards.
• Ensure portion control, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
• Quality & Hygiene
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize waste.
• Cost Control
• Monitor food costs and optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Work with management to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
• Operational Excellence
• Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 5–7 years in professional kitchens).
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
