Experienced Chef Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities
Menu Creation & Innovation
- Design and update menus with seasonal, creative, and cost-effective dishes.
- Incorporate modern culinary trends while respecting traditional flavors.
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook meals to consistently high standards.
- Ensure portion control, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
- Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize waste.
- Cost Control
- Monitor food costs and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Work with management to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Chef (minimum 5–7 years in professional kitchens).
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and passion for food innovation.
