Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Field Sales Specialist. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, engaging prospective clients, delivering effective sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with effective Sales Operations and processes to support business goals
  • Ability to work independently and utilize problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in field sales or a related role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
