Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Van Sales Representative located in Abuja(Suleja, Garki, and kubwa). The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within assigned routes by delivering products to customers, ensuring product availability, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. They will also be tasked with managing inventory, collecting payments, and meeting sales targets. Regular reporting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship Management skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Inventory Management and Distribution skills to efficiently handle product stock and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Basic Math and Payment Collection skills to manage transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Driving proficiency with a valid driver's license and familiarity with the assigned territory is required.
  • Ability to meet sales targets, work under minimal supervision, and demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in van sales or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is preferred but not mandatory.
