Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Medical Equipment Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry in Nigeria and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical institutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling Mutabell's range of medical equipment and devices within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Mutabell's portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare technologies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abuja region and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients and end-users.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Technical Support, and Accounts to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in medical equipment or healthcare product sales in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market, procurement processes, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
