Job Title: Administrative Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports to: People & Culture Manager / Head of Operations

Type: Internship (3–6 Months, with potential for full-time offer)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Intern to support our operations, HR, and client management teams. You will assist in daily administrative and coordination tasks that keep our teams efficient, documentation organised, and client operations seamless.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about organisation, people, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Office & Administrative Support


• Assist with scheduling, document filing, and correspondence (emails, meeting notes, reports).


• Maintain accurate records of company assets, staff attendance, and office supplies.


• Support with logistics for internal and external meetings.

  1. HR & People Operations Support


• Assist in onboarding new hires and digital partners (setting up profiles, sharing welcome kits).


• Support recruitment processes — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, updating candidate trackers.


• Help coordinate staff engagement activities and maintain HR databases.

  1. Client & Project Support


• Support project documentation and progress tracking on ClickUp/Airtable.


• Assist the operations team in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-up communications.


• Help ensure client deliverables are documented and deadlines tracked.

  1. Communication & Coordination


• Draft internal communications, memos, and summaries.


• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients as needed.


• Help coordinate between the People & Culture, Operations, and Growth teams.

Requirements


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).


• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, or similar) is an advantage.


• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
