With our beta launch underway, we're hiring a
Senior QA Engineer
who can drive a world-class testing culture, strengthen product reliability, and ensure every release meets the highest quality standards before hitting production.

Role Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of the Kuve ecosystem; Marketplace, Kuve Express, Seller Dashboard, Payments/Escrow, POS, and internal tools.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences user trust, platform stability, and our beta-to-scale success. This is a full-time, remote position where you will design and execute test cases, perform manual testing, and implement quality assurance practices to identify and resolve issues. You will also collaborate with development teams to optimize software performance and ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile products.
• Perform functional, non-functional, UI/UX, integration, regression, smoke, and load testing.
• Validate API endpoints using Postman, automated scripts, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify, isolate, and document bugs using structured reporting.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for marketplace flows.
• Validate payment, escrow, wallet, and financial transaction workflows.
• Design and maintain clear QA documentation, testing matrices, and release checklists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and engineering workflow.
• Work closely with product and engineering to ensure features meet acceptance criteria before release.
• Participate in UAT, staging reviews, and pre-launch quality gates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing (automation is a big plus).
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, TestRail, ZAP, Burp Suite, or equivalents.
• Experience testing marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or multi-module systems is a major advantage.
• Ability to write clear, structured bug reports and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Strong experience with API testing, environment configuration, and release cycles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where urgency and ownership matter.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6).
• Understanding of security testing fundamentals.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
