Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lekki for a Front Desk Clerk. The role involves managing receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the office team. The Front Desk Clerk will handle clerical tasks, maintain records, and ensure the front desk operates efficiently to create a positive first impression for clients and guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
