Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, well-spoken, and capable of maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and correspondence.
  • Support sales staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Record daily customer visits and assist in basic cash handling or POS operations.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth front-end operations.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
