Title: Social Media Manager (Tech / Web Design Agency) – Remote

We are Bave Design Studio, a WordPress web-design agency based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We specialise in building modern, high-performing websites for clients, and we're passionate about communicating what we do through compelling visuals, video, and digital-first content. As we grow our social presence and that of our clients, we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager who lives at the intersection of tech and storytelling.

Role Summary:

We need a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager who can:

  • Produce and manage video content that showcases our web-design process, client results and agency story.
  • Plan, launch, and manage webinars (pre-promotion, live delivery, follow-up content).
  • Create high-quality posts & captions across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, maybe TikTok) for both our brand and clients.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for our agency social channels and client accounts.
  • Collaborate remotely with our team of designers/developers to transform technical work into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and publish social-media content (video + graphics + copy) that communicates our tech/design capabilities.
  • Set up and manage webinars from concept to execution to post-event content.
  • Grow followers, engagement, leads on social media for our agency and (optionally) client accounts.
  • Monitor analytics, report on performance, make improvements.
  • Work with remote team, hit deadlines, maintain consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social-media management for tech/design or agency environment.
  • Strong video-content creation skills: comfortable scripting, editing, publishing (or coordinating).
  • Excellent writing skills: captions, posts, brand voice.
  • Understanding of web design / WordPress / development process is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social-media growth tactics, analytics tools.
  • Webinar experience (planning, promotion, delivery).
  • Remote-friendly, self-motivated, organised.

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Portfolio with video content + social-media growth metrics.
  • Experience in Nigerian or African market (advantage).
  • Experience working with agencies and multiple clients.
  • Creative use of tools like Canva, Premiere, OBS, etc.

Working arrangement:

  • Remote (based in or near Nigeria).
  • Full-time (or near full-time) depending on candidate.
