Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage daily site operations and construction activities.
  2. Supervise site workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans.
  3. Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
  4. Track daily labour, materials, and equipment usage and prepare detailed site reports.
  5. Collaborate closely with site engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  6. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress.
  7. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site and report any incidents immediately.
  8. Maintain accurate daily logs of work done, workforce attendance, and materials used.
  9. Identify potential project delays and escalate issues to management promptly.
  10. Ensure high standards of finishing, alignment, and detailing on all construction activities.
