The ideal candidate will provide high-level executive support and help drive effective leadership operations. They should be well-organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD/CEO's schedule, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate special projects and support strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and facilitate executive engagements and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and corporate events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Support office operations (as needed).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
