A restaurant is looking supervisors to work with them. The restaurant is located in Shomolu

Working days are 15 days.

We need people who reside around Oshodi, Town plan, Charlie boy, Palmgrove, Onipanu, Shomolu, New garage and Gbagada.

No Accommodation

Previous Experience in a fast food restaurant is required

Salary is 80,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the performance of waitstaff and cashiers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of service within your assigned shift, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to company standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Monitor food and drink levels in the restaurant, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times. Place requisitions as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Restaurant Manager, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Restaurant is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
