About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estate Surveyor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, facility management, client advisory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in enhancing asset value, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic property decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuation, feasibility, and market analysis.
- Manage lease agreements, rent reviews, and property inspections.
- Prepare detailed valuation and management reports for clients.
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance with estate regulations.
- Advise clients on property investments and asset optimization.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams on real estate matters.
- Maintain accurate property and client records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Land Economics, or a related field.
- Membership or graduate membership of NIESV is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in property valuation, management, and client relations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
