Description

  • This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive on delivering excellence, solving complex challenges, and driving real outcomes and experience in managing high rise building.

Requirements

  • Estate Surveyor Degree from an accredited University and admission to professional body.
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience with a focus on real estate and property management company.
  • Deep knowledge of property management, contracts, real estate finance, property rights, and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing choice properties.
  • Up-to-date understanding of real estate regulations and compliance frameworks. Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with precision.
