Sales executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, presenting property options to clients, managing negotiations, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and helping the company meet its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Attend to customer inquiries, explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and client meetings.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and sold properties.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and local regulations.
- Assist clients with documentation, loan processing support, and closing formalities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and deliver exceptional service.
- Good understanding of real estate industry trends and legal guidelines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Valid driving license (optional, if required by company).
