Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of Feliza Hotel & Suites across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content that showcases the hotel's services, facilities, customer experiences, promotions, and events. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of how to drive online engagement to attract guests and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase the hotel's visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and post high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) showcasing hotel rooms, facilities, events, promotions, and guest experiences.
• Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries across all platforms.
• Monitor online reputation and engage with guests to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions, and adverts to drive bookings, reservations, and event sales.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
• Stay updated on social media trends in the hospitality industry and apply innovative strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Work with the marketing team to support hotel promotions, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all posted content aligns with hotel standards for quality, professionalism, and guest privacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or any related field.
• 1–3 years' proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Ability to create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, captions).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good photography/videography skills (advantage).
