Job Summary

The Rigger supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless network infrastructure to ensure reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, align, and maintain wireless radio links (PtP & PtMP).
  • Conduct technical site surveys using GPS and link budget tools.
  • Restore network faults within SLA and provide timely incident updates.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on network nodes and equipment.
  • Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and job completion certificates.

Requirements

  • OND in Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in telecommunications.
  • Strong rigging and antenna installation skills.
  • Basic IP networking knowledge and proficiency with troubleshooting tools.
  • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and customer focus.
