Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Officer based in Lagos. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-level talent to meet organizational needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with departments to fulfill staffing requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer acceptance


• Work closely with clients and partners to understand hiring needs and role requirements.


• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking


• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes


• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process


• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives


• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Talent acquisition officer, Recruitment specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.


• Must be open to resuming immediately.


• Preferably candidate with previous experience in a consulting environment.


• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills


• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
