Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Telemarketing Representative. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions professionally, maintaining accurate records of calls, and collaborating with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Proven ability in Sales with a focus on meeting goals and closing deals
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and handle inquiries effectively
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
