Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Representative. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company products or services, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Duties also include maintaining detailed records of clients' interactions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to remain client-focused and work towards achieving targets
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or sales is an advantage
