Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Work Mode: Hybrid; 3 days (onsite) 2 days (remote)

Work Hours: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will support the creative and the digital marketing team by designing compelling visual assets that represent African stories and enhance the brand's presence across digital platforms. The role involves producing static and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, streaming assets, and other marketing materials consistent with the organisation's identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print materials, including artwork for social media, web banners, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate creative briefs into visually engaging designs.
  • Create promotional graphics and motion visuals for streaming content, film titles, and platform launches.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Edit and retouch images or video assets for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Support the creation of pitch decks, posters, infographics, and promotional materials for internal and external communication.
  • Work with digital marketers to optimize assets for online and mobile use.
  • Research visual trends, digital art styles, and design innovations relevant to African and global audiences.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably within media, entertainment, or digital marketing.

Core Skills and Function. Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design ability.
  • Familiarity with branding, motion design, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt visuals to diverse audiences (especially African and diaspora markets).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
  • Good understanding of social media formats, design specifications, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital content delivery.
  • Awareness of current design and pop culture trends within Africa and globally.
  • Familiarity with online streaming platforms and content promotion.

General Conditions

  • Remuneration:N350,000
