We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager with a strong background in the telecom industry to lead and deliver complex, high-impact technology programs. The role requires hands-on experience across AI-driven initiatives, Ericsson platforms, and telecom charging systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end program delivery while engaging at executive and senior leadership levels to align delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives, ensuring clarity, accountability, and value realization across all stakeholders.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom programs and projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives.
- Drive executive-level stakeholder engagements, providing clear visibility on program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, vendors, and business units to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of telecom charging systems and related platforms, including Ericsson solutions.
- Lead AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives within telecom environments, ensuring measurable business and operational impact.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring delivery continuity and decision readiness at executive forums.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Maintain robust program governance, including project plans, executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational delivery frameworks.
- Foster strong relationships with senior executives, internal teams, and external partners to drive delivery excellence and stakeholder confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex telecom programs or projects.
- Demonstrable experience working with Ericsson platforms and telecom charging systems.
- Proven exposure to AI-driven initiatives, automation, or advanced analytics within telecom environments.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations, network architecture, and business processes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and delivery orientation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- High adaptability within complex, fast-paced technology environments.
