Are you a competent and professional Human Resources Executive who has provable expertise to manage organisational HR functions and duties?

If yes, a medical diagnostic establishment in Maitama District, Abuja-FCT seeks you.

As the ideal candidate, you will:

  1. Develop people strategies.

  2. Drive employee engagement, and

  3. Ensure that HR operations align with organizational goals and healthcare service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and frameworks

  2. To manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes

  3. Coordinating performance management and appraisal systems

  4. Overseeing staff training, development, and welfare initiatives.

  5. To ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.

  6. Providing HR advisory support to management and department heads

  7. Maintaining up-to-date HR records and prepare relevant reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  2. Minimum of 3–4 years' proven experience in human resource management, especially within a healthcare or service organization.

  3. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

Remuneration

  1. N250,000 - N300,000/month
