Job Position: Front End Field Technician
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Overview
- Th Front-End Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot customer hardware, network devices, and connectivity equipment across Lagos and surrounding states.
Responsibilities
- Install internet equipment (routers, microwave links, dongles) at customer sites.
- Diagnose and fix network connectivity or hardware issues on-site.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Educate customers on device usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the operations team to plan field schedules.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Sc/HND in Electronics, ICT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of field experience in network installation or telecom support.
- Working knowledge of connectivity devices and wireless equipment.
Skill Set;
- Hands-on technical skills with network hardware.
- Good communication and customer-relation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Salary
N3,000,000 - N3,600,000 per month.
