Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel inquiries, bookings, complaints, and after-sales support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Assist clients with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes
  • Provide accurate information about travel packages, flights, visas, and logistics services
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer records and booking details
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of [HND/Bachelor's degree] in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in
