IPlant Engineer – Shift Leader at Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria PlcIndustrial & Medical Gases Nigeria PlcEngineering & TechnologyTodayNewLagos Full Time Manufacturing & Warehousing ConfidentialShare linkShare on WhatsApp Share on LinkedIn Share on Facebook Share on TwitterShare via SMSMin Qualification: Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 yearsJob descriptions & requirementsNever Miss a Job Update Again.We have started building our professional LinkedIn page.Company:Location: NigeriaState:Job type: Full-TimeJob category:Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc is a sub-saharan Africa's market leader in medical, industrial and food grade gases, welding, medical equipment and customer engineering services.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Plant Engineer – Shift LeaderLocation: Lagos Mainland, LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Plant Engineer (Shift Leader) to oversee the efficient operation of the C02 production plant.The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, compliance with safety and quality standards, and achievement of production targets.Key Areas Of ResponsibilitiesEnsure full compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) objectives and policies.Operate and monitor the production plant safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.Track and adjust all production parameters to maintain optimal performance and product quality.Prepare and maintain accurate hourly logs of operational parameters.Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment deviations, malfunctions, or abnormalities promptly.Participate actively in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.Provide detailed reports on production activities and equipment performance for each shift.Contribute to major maintenance planning by providing insights into instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical scopes—based on current equipment conditions, best practices, and performance trends.Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance work performed ("As Found" and "As Left") within the SAP PM system.Qualifications And ExperienceHND/BSC in Instrumentation/Chemical/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience (Instrumentation engineering experience will be an added advantage).Completed NYSC scheme.Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.Application Closing Date16th February, 2026.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
