Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Medical Sales Representative at MeCure Industries PLC in Lagos State, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. You will drive sales growth through regular visits to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics, while staying informed about medical advancements and competitors' offerings. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, meeting targets, and educating healthcare providers on product benefits and uses.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy, including understanding pharmaceutical products and their applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, market analysis, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales targets
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sales industry is an advantage
