Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Port Harcourt. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimations, managing cost control and planning, compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and generating cost reports. Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost management throughout project lifecycles to optimize budgets and ensure project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 6 years Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in preparing BOQs
  • Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
