About the Role

We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive
Operations Assistant
to join our food delivery team.

You'll work directly with the
Operations Manager
to keep daily activities running smoothly from dispatch coordination to rider supervision and reporting. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love keeping things efficient, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day delivery coordination and logistics.
  • Monitor and communicate with riders to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Track attendance, shifts, and rider performance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on delivery metrics and operational performance.
  • Assist in managing delivery assets (bags, uniforms, etc.) and stock levels.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide hands-on operational support.

What We're Looking For

  • OND / HND / bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in operations, logistics, or food delivery support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data tracking.
  • A problem-solver who can multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Energetic, reliable, and a true team player.
