Responsibilities

  • Manage and recover overdue and non-performing loan accounts.
  • Engage customers through calls, messages, emails, and physical follow-ups where required.
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and determine appropriate recovery strategies.
  • Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and loan restructures with customers.
  • Conduct skip tracing on unreachable borrowers.
  • Update loan recovery actions and repayment status accurately on the loan management system.
  • Escalate complex recovery cases for legal or advanced recovery processes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan recovery performance reports.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to reduce default rates.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of loan recovery, debt collection, and credit management processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
