Location: Rivers State, Bayelsa state, Delta state

About Our Client

Our client is a Nigerian-based Engineering, Procurement, and Technical Services provider with a primary focus on supporting large-scale industrial projects, especially within the Oil and Gas sector. Their operations include marine logistics, pipeline maintenance, civil works, and the supply of specialized equipment, reflecting their commitment to integrity and high technical standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and daily execution plans.
  • Assist in coordinating field and office operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports including:

  • Deployment/Attendance Report
  • Daily Field Operations Report
  • Logistics Movement Tracker
  • Equipment Utilization Report
  • Ensure timely and accurate data collection from field teams.

Logistics & Resource Coordination

  • Track vehicle and equipment deployment, usage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support procurement reconciliation.
  • Liaise with field officers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct routine checks on service quality, safety standards, and operational compliance.
  • Identify and escalate operational risks or non-conformities.
  • Support internal audits and site inspections.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Follow up on client feedback and service delivery issues.
  • Support preparation of client-facing reports (e.g., Service Notes, Waybills, JCCs).
  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 -2 years experience in operations
  • Must have Engineering background
  • Experience working with an oil and gas servicing firm is a plus
