Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Operations Officer with agency experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams — including sales, design, and external agencies — to drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales performance across our educational supplies and lifestyle product categories.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (


• Minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably within an agency environment, in marketing and brand management.


• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.


• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
