Job Summary

We are seeking proactive and personable individuals to join our team as Alt-Nurturers on a contract basis.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers at our branches, their workplaces, or residences — ensuring proper account documentation, digital channel onboarding, and account funding. You'll be the friendly face that helps customers reactivate and enjoy seamless banking experiences beyond the traditional service approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and invite customers to the branch for personalized engagement.
  • Attend to customers directly at branches or nearby AltBoxes.
  • Assist customers with documentation, onboarding, and account reactivation.
  • Encourage and guide customers to fund their accounts.
  • Visit customers at offices, shops, or homes to complete reactivation processes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, and outcomes.
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and face-to-face interactions.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Prior experience in customer service, field marketing, or sales is an advantage.
