Key Responsibilities

Product Management Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder and user engagement
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital products or technology projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Product discovery and user research experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications
  • Experience managing multiple projects or products simultaneously
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
