Responsibilities

· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.

· Oversee all phases of telecom projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and specifications.

· Manage the deployment of new telecom sites and the upgrade of existing ones.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality site build and upgrades.

· Plan and oversee tower retrofit projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.

· Implement maintenance schedules for towers, including torque checks and necessary repairs.

· Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing networks.

· Collaborate with technical teams to address any challenges during implementation.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

· Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing regular reports on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.

· Participate in project planning and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Requirement

· B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering or Sciences – (2.1 Minimum).

· Project Management Certification (PMP).

· Minimum of 3– 5 years experience in Engineering Services, particularly in telecommunications.

· Operations and maintenance of telecommunication (active and passive) network elements and the management of telecoms turnkey projects.

Good experience in Telecom project deployment (not limited to Site build, Upgrade, Tower Retrofit,· Tower Maintenance/Torque and Operations Management, Civil works, Sites Database tracker, Reporting, etc.)

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute complex projects.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Required Competencies:

· Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving project goals.

· Problem-solving: Skill in identifying and resolving issues that may arise during project execution.

· Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.

· Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

·Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage § time effectively to meet project deadlines.

· Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewing project plans and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
