Job Title: Fondant Cake Decorator

Reports to:Head Baker

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Fondant Cake Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating beautifully decorated fondant cakes for special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cake Decoration:Decorate fondant cakes with intricate designs, patterns, and details.

  2. Fondant Preparation:Prepare and work with fondant to achieve desired textures, colors, and finishes.

  3. Design Interpretation: Interpret customer designs, sketches, or descriptions to create custom cakes.

  4. Cake Assembly: Assemble and prepare cakes for decoration, ensuring stability and structural integrity.

  5. Quality Control: Ensure all decorated cakes meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.

  6. Time Management: Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete orders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a cake decorator, preferably with fondant.

  2. Applicants from the following location should apply- Ogba, Akute, Ketu, Berger, Wawa, Opic, Alagbole, Allen, Magodo, Isheri.

  3. Skills: Strong artistic and technical skills, attention to detail, and creativity.

  4. Knowledge: Understanding of cake decorating techniques, fondant properties, and design principles.

  5. Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
