  • Document all data transactions by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
  • Verify, sort, allocate, and post data into the appropriate databases while reconciling entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Review documents submitted by staff (such as forms, reports, or requests) to confirm completeness and correctness before processing.
  • Process and record incoming documents or digital submissions, ensuring files are properly stored and categorized.
  • Analyze data entries to identify errors or inconsistencies and prepare summaries for supervisors or management.
  • Support strong client or departmental relationships through timely, accurate, and professional data handling and communication.

Requirements;

  • B.sc/HND/OND in Accounting or related fields
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in similar field
  • Proficient in the use of Peach tree is an added advantage
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, excel, accounting software and databases
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
