Job Summary: The Business Unit Head is responsible for overseeing the performance, strategy, and day -to -day operations of a specific business unit. This includes driving revenue growth, managing cross -functional teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: · Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.· Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.· Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve goals.· Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.· Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.· Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding payments.· Develop and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).· Monitor accounts receivable and report on collection metrics and trends.· Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs.· Address client concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.· Cultivate long -term partnerships with key clients to promote loyalty and retention.· Prepare and present regular sales and collections reports to senior management.· Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.· Work closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.· Collaborate on product development and service improvements based on client feedback.· Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales and collections activities.· Identify potential risks in sales processes and develop mitigation strategies.
