Our client, a reputable and well-established ice cream production company in Abuja with outlets in some parts of the country, is seeking a diligent, honest, entrepreneurial and high-performing individual to grow with its team as a *General Manager* .

*Job Responsibilities (in Summary)*

* Full P&L ownership; hit realistic monthly sales & profit targets.

* Reopen and run 1–2 flagship outlets + a cloud kitchen.

* Set up and manage delivery operations including third-party platforms and in-house riders.

* Build and lead a high-energy team.

* Oversee production scheduling, stock control, and quality assurance.

* Drive marketing & social media (content calendar, promotions, influencer partnerships).

* Secure and manage corporate/school/event contracts.

* Send daily/weekly report (transparent numbers) to the Founder.

*Major Requirements*

* A degree or HND in Home Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.

* A higher degree (e.g. MBA, M.Sc.) may be an added advantage.

* Minimum 4 years with proven track record in Food and Beverage/Quick Service Restaurant at Branch Manager level or higher.

* Delivery operations & rider‑fleet expertise; numbers‑driven (sales, stock, cost).

* Strong people skills, deep Abuja market & traffic insight, and social‑media savvy.

* Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
