Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Marketing, located in Abuja. The General Manager Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and operations, including market planning, market research, and marketing management. Responsibilities include creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, managing a marketing team, and driving growth through sales strategy. This role requires collaboration, supervision, and alignment with organizational goals to promote AIHS and its initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in Abuja
  • 5 years of professional experience in marketing
  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to assess trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
  • Strong experience in Marketing Management and leading marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficient in Team Management, with the ability to inspire, guide, and cultivate a productive and efficient team
  • Solid skills in Sales and developing strategies to drive revenue growth and secure partnerships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event marketing, especially within the real estate or housing development sector, is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
