Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Skilled in YouTube and Google Ads Promotion)

Location: Abuja, Nigeria.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead and manage the digital marketing team, develop strategic online marketing initiatives, and drive digital growth across various channels. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, analytics, YouTube, and brand development in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue targets.
  • Managing all company social media pages, YouTube and run adverts on all platforms
  • Monitor and optimize the full digital marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social, display, affiliate).
  • Supervise social media strategy and content calendar execution.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc., to analyze KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements for ROI.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to produce marketing assets.
  • Direct technical and content SEO initiatives.
  • Manage paid search and retargeting campaigns effectively.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Test new platforms, features, and tactics to enhance performance.
  • Be able to use WordPress

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, YouTube, web analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing tools).
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
